A workspace for independent contractors
Adendu helps independent contractors and small trade businesses keep clients and projects, prepare estimates and invoices, document extra work, request change-order approval and retain their records. Business tools also include saved items and rates, visits, expenses, manual payment records and reports. Account records, client links and subscriptions use connected services.
Create an account or sign in to open your workspace. Account shows subscription availability and payment status.
US$15 per month through PayPal
Adendu Solo is US$15 per month. When checkout is available, PayPal shows the recurring amount and monthly interval before you approve. Paid access begins after a completed payment is confirmed; returning from checkout alone does not activate it.
Use Account to refresh status or cancel future renewals. Cancellation preserves the remainder of the confirmed paid period. After that period, you can still read and export records, while saving changes and creating approval links require paid access.
Failed or pending payments do not extend access. A refunded or reversed payment can remove the access it provided. Clearing browser data or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
A PayPal Sandbox checkout, if shown, uses test funds and does not create a live paid subscription. A screen explains when account or payment services are unavailable.
Review what you save and share
You supply the scope, rates, quantities, client information and schedule. Review the document before sending it for approval. The notes helper reads the prices you state and does not determine a market price.
You are responsible for the acceptance statuses, payments, expenses, taxes, discounts, due dates and payment instructions you enter. Estimate acceptance is recorded by you and is separate from the private client approval flow for change orders. Adendu does not collect customer invoice payments, reconcile bank transfers, provide financing or connect to accounting software. Calendar and CSV exports are files, not ongoing service integrations.
Save open edits before leaving. Export important records and keep copies appropriately for the client information they contain. Read the backup guide and privacy and data explanation.
An approval records one version
A client approval link refers to a frozen scope, price, schedule and project details. It expires after seven days unless replaced or revoked earlier. Anyone holding an active link can view that version and submit a name and consent; share it with the intended reviewer.
Adendu records the submitted name and time. It does not independently verify identity, establish authority to approve work or guarantee payment. If approved work changes, create a new revision and obtain a new approval.
Explore in a separate example workspace
The example workspace requires no account or payment. Fictional records are labeled. Anything you save there stays in this browser, separate from account records; clearing browser data can remove it.
Its local approval form records a name on this device. It does not send client approval links or verify remote identity. A page URL does not share its browser records with another device.
